If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate our transparent returns and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, specific conditions apply across our diverse product lines:

• Fragrances & Cosmetics: Items such as Men’s, Women’s, Unisex, and Baby Perfumes, Oil Perfumes, Sprays, and Cosmetics must be unopened, unused, and sealed in their original cellophane packaging.

• Lifestyle & Home Decor: Items like Oud Wood, Incense Burners, Small Bags, Mobile Accessories, Napkin Rings, and Vinyl Table Placemats must be in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

• Seasonal Items: Products from our curated Ramadan & Eid Collection or UAE National Day Collection follow the same strict eligibility criteria and must be un-tampered with.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (such as an incorrect perfume volume or wrong accessory design), contact our customer support team immediately. We will swiftly evaluate the issue and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
